Managing User Profiles

Profiles let everyone in your household have a personalised experience with their own watchlist, recommendations, and viewing history — all within a single account.

How Many Profiles Can I Have?

• All plans support up to 5 profiles per account.
• One profile is the main account holder profile and cannot be deleted.

Creating a New Profile

1. From the profile selection screen or Account Settings, click Add Profile.
2. Enter a name and choose an avatar or upload a photo.
3. Set the preferred language and maturity rating for the profile.
4. Click Save. The new profile is immediately available.

Editing a Profile

1. Go to Account Settings → Profiles.
2. Select the profile you want to edit.
3. Change the name, avatar, language, maturity rating, or autoplay settings.
4. Save changes.

Deleting a Profile

Select the profile in settings and choose Delete Profile. All watch history, ratings, and watchlist items for that profile will be permanently removed.

Transferring a Profile

If someone moves out of your household, they can transfer their profile — including their watch history and watchlist — to a new, separate account. Go to Account Settings → Profiles → Transfer Profile to begin the process.
