Your Privacy and Data Controls

We take your privacy seriously. Here is how to review and manage the data we hold about you and control how it is used.

Viewing Your Data

1. Go to Account Settings → Privacy & Data.
2. Select Download My Data to request a copy of your personal data, including account info, viewing history, and search history.
3. The data package will be emailed to you within 30 days.

Managing Data Usage

• Personalised Recommendations: Toggle off to stop your viewing data from being used to personalise recommendations. Your watch history is still saved but not used for suggestions.
• Marketing Communications: Opt out of promotional emails in Notification Settings.
• Usage Data Sharing: Control whether anonymised usage data is shared with content partners and advertisers in Privacy Settings.

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Cancel your subscription first.
2. Go to Account Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm deletion — this action is irreversible.

Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
