Account Security and Recovery Guide
Keeping your account secure protects your personal information and prevents unauthorised access. Here is how to secure your account and recover access if needed.
Creating a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites.
- Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely.
- Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Account Settings → Security.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
- Save the change. You will be signed out of all devices (except the current one).
Forgot Your Password?
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your email for a reset link (valid for 1 hour).
- Click the link and enter a new password.

Contact our support team with your full name, registered phone number, and billing details so we can locate your account.
Signs of Unauthorised Access
- Unfamiliar devices in your device list.
- Titles in your watch history that you did not watch.
- Unexpected changes to your plan or payment method.
If you notice any of these, change your password immediately, sign out of all devices, and contact support.
