Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Steps to Cancel
- Sign in and go to Account Settings.
- Click Membership & Billing or Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Membership.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm the cancellation.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
What Happens After Cancellation
- You can continue watching until your paid period ends.
- Your account and watch history are saved for 10 months — you can reactivate anytime during this period without losing your data.
- After 10 months of inactivity, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
- Downloaded content will become unplayable once your subscription ends.
Cancelling a Free Trial
If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The cancellation steps are the same as above.
Billed Through a Third Party?
If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., your mobile carrier, smart TV app store, or cable provider), you must cancel directly through that platform. Cancelling via our website will not cancel a third-party billing arrangement.
