Downloading Content for Offline Viewing

With a Standard or Premium plan, you can download movies and series to watch without an internet connection — perfect for travel or areas with limited connectivity.

How to Download

1. Open the app on your phone or tablet (downloads are not available on web browsers or most smart TVs).
2. Find the title you want to download.
3. Tap the Download button (arrow icon) on the title page or next to each episode.
4. Downloads are saved to your device's storage and appear in the Downloads section of the app.

Download Limits

• Standard Plan: Up to 15 downloads across 2 devices at a time.
• Premium Plan: Up to 30 downloads across 6 devices at a time.
• Most titles can be downloaded up to 3 times per year per account.

Download Expiry

• Downloads are available for up to 30 days after downloading.
• Once you start watching a downloaded title, you typically have 48 hours to finish it before it expires.
• You must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to keep downloads active.

Download Quality

In App Settings → Download Quality, choose between Standard (saves storage) and High (better picture quality). High-quality downloads use significantly more storage space.

Not All Content Is Available for Download

Some titles cannot be downloaded due to licensing restrictions. If the download button is not visible, the title is not available for offline viewing.
