Customising Subtitles, Audio, and Language

You can fully customise the subtitle and audio experience during playback to suit your preferences.

Changing Audio Language

1. During playback, tap the screen to reveal the playback controls.
2. Select the Audio icon (speaker or headphones symbol).
3. Choose your preferred audio language from the list available for that title.

Enabling Subtitles

1. During playback, tap the Subtitles icon (speech bubble or "CC" symbol).
2. Select your preferred subtitle language.
3. Choose Off to disable subtitles.

Customising Subtitle Appearance

Go to Account Settings → Subtitle Appearance to adjust:

• Font size (small, medium, large)
• Font colour and style
• Background opacity
• Text shadow

Setting Default Preferences

In Account Settings → Playback Settings, set your default audio language and subtitle language so you do not have to change them every time you watch.

Audio Description

Audio Description (AD) narrates on-screen action for visually impaired viewers. Select Audio Description from the audio track menu on supported titles. Look for the "AD" badge on title pages to identify compatible content.
