Downloading Content for Offline Viewing
Standard and Premium plan subscribers can download titles to watch without an internet connection. Basic plan subscribers cannot use downloads.
How to Download a Title
- Open the app on your phone or tablet. Downloads are only available on the mobile app — not on web browsers or most smart TVs.
- Find the title you want.
- Tap the Download button (downward arrow icon) on the title page, or next to each episode for series.
- The download saves to your device and appears in the Downloads section of the app.

Most titles can be downloaded up to 3 times per year per account.
How Long Downloads Last
- 30 days: A downloaded title is available for up to 30 days after the download date.
- 48 hours once started: Once you begin watching a downloaded title, you have 48 hours to finish it before it expires.
- Stay connected monthly: You must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to keep your downloads active.
Download Quality
- Go to Account Settings → Download Quality.
- Choose Standard (smaller file size) or High (better picture, larger file).
High-quality downloads use significantly more storage. Check your available storage before downloading several titles at once.
Title Not Available for Download?
Some titles cannot be downloaded due to licensing restrictions. If the download button is not visible on a title, that title is not available for offline viewing — this cannot be changed.
