Parental Controls Guide

Parental controls let you restrict access to content based on maturity ratings, ensuring a safe viewing experience for younger audiences.

Setting a Maturity Rating for a Profile

1. Go to Account Settings → Profiles.
2. Select the profile you want to restrict.
3. Under Viewing Restrictions, choose a maximum maturity rating:
   • Little Kids (U): Only content rated suitable for all ages.
   • Older Kids (U/A 7+): Suitable for ages 7 and above.
   • Teens (U/A 13+): Suitable for ages 13 and above.
   • Adults (A / 18+): No restriction — all content accessible.
4. Save your changes.

Profile PIN Lock

Prevent children from switching to an unrestricted profile by setting a PIN:

1. Go to Account Settings → Parental Controls.
2. Enable Profile Lock and set a 4-digit PIN.
3. The PIN will be required to access any profile with a higher maturity rating than the child's profile.

Kids Profile

Create a dedicated Kids Profile that only shows age-appropriate content in a child-friendly interface. Kids Profiles cannot be changed to Adult without the account PIN.

Blocking Specific Titles

You can hide specific titles from appearing in any profile by going to the title's page and selecting Hide from Profile.
