Billing and Payment Guide
Here are answers to the most common questions about billing, charges, and payment methods.
When Am I Charged?
You are billed on the same date each month (or year for annual plans), starting from the date you first subscribed. If your billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that month.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- UPI and net banking (select regions)
- Mobile carrier billing (select carriers)
- Gift cards and prepaid codes
- Digital wallets (select regions)
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Account Settings → Billing & Payment.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new payment details and save.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry it over the next few days. You will receive an email notification. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption. Your subscription is paused after multiple failed attempts and reactivates automatically once payment succeeds.
Viewing Your Billing History
Go to Account Settings → Billing History to view and download past invoices and payment receipts.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service outage, contact our support team to request a review.
