Redeeming Gift Cards and Promo Codes

Gift cards and promotional codes can be applied to your account to add credit or activate a free trial or discounted subscription period.

How to Redeem

1. Sign in to your account and go to Account Settings → Redeem Gift Card or Code.
2. Enter the code exactly as printed (codes are case-sensitive).
3. Click Redeem.
4. The credit or offer will be applied immediately and confirmed on screen and by email.

Things to Know

• Gift card credit is applied to your next billing cycle. If the credit exceeds your monthly fee, the remainder carries over.
• Promo codes for free trials can only be redeemed on accounts that have never had a subscription — they cannot be applied to existing paid accounts.
• Codes can only be redeemed once and cannot be transferred or refunded.
• Gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Code Not Working?

• Double-check for typos — codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly.
• Ensure the code has not already been redeemed or has not expired.
• Some codes are region-locked — they can only be used in the country they were purchased in.
• Contact support with the code and proof of purchase if the issue persists.
