Updating Your Account Information
You can update your email address, phone number, and other account details at any time from Account Settings.
Changing Your Email Address
- Go to Account Settings → Account & Security.
- Click Change Email next to your current email address.
- Enter your new email address and confirm it.
- Enter your current password to authorise the change.
- A verification link will be sent to your new email address — click it to confirm the change.
Note: Your old email will continue to work until you verify the new one. You will receive a notification at your old email address when the change is complete.
Changing Your Phone Number
- Go to Account Settings → Account & Security.
- Click Change Phone Number.
- Enter the new number and verify it via the OTP sent by SMS.
Changing Your Name
Your account name (used for billing) can be updated in Account Settings → Personal Information. Profile display names are separate and can be changed in Profiles.
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Old Email
Contact support with your full name, registered phone number, and billing details. Our team can verify your identity and update your email address for you.
