Device and Screen Management

You can stream on multiple devices, but the number of simultaneous streams depends on your subscription plan. Here is how to manage your devices.

Simultaneous Stream Limits

• Basic Plan: 1 screen at a time.
• Standard Plan: 2 screens at a time.
• Premium Plan: 4 screens at a time.

If you try to start a stream on a new device while all screens are in use, you will see an error. You will need to stop playback on another device first.

Viewing and Removing Devices

1. Go to Account Settings → Manage Devices.
2. You will see a list of all devices that have accessed your account.
3. To remove a device, click Sign Out or Remove next to it.
4. To sign out of all devices at once, select Sign Out of All Devices.

Supported Devices

• Smart TVs (most major brands)
• Streaming sticks and media players
• Gaming consoles
• iOS and Android smartphones and tablets
• Windows and Mac computers (via web browser or desktop app)
• Chromebooks

Security Tip

If you see a device you do not recognise, remove it immediately and change your password. This may indicate unauthorised access to your account.
