Submitting Feedback and Reporting Problems
Your feedback helps us improve. Here is how to share your thoughts, report bugs, or request new content and features.
Reporting a Technical Issue
- In the app, go to Help → Report a Problem.
- Select the type of issue (playback, app crash, account, content, other).
- Describe the problem in detail — include what you were doing when it happened and any error messages.
- Attach a screenshot if relevant.
- Submit the report. Our technical team reviews all reports.
Rating and Reviewing Content
- On any title's page, use the thumbs up / thumbs down buttons to rate content.
- Your ratings help improve your personal recommendations and inform our content team.
Suggesting New Content or Features
Use the Feedback option in the Help Centre or within the app to submit content requests or feature suggestions. While we cannot respond to every suggestion, all feedback is read and considered by our product team.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
If you believe a title contains content that violates our policies, use the Report Content option on the title's page. Our moderation team will review the report within 5 business days.
