Changing Your Subscription Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How to Change Your Plan
- Sign in to your account and go to Account Settings.
- Select Manage Plan or Change Plan.
- Browse available plans and select the one you want.
- Review the change summary and confirm.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the effective date of the change.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately in most cases.
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
- New features (e.g., 4K streaming, extra downloads) are available as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then.
- Downloaded content that exceeds the new plan's download limit will become unavailable after the change.
- Extra streams will be reduced to the new plan's limit.
Things to Keep in Mind
- You can change your plan as many times as you like.
- Annual plan subscribers may need to contact support to make mid-cycle changes.
- Promotional pricing may not carry over if you switch plans.
