Smart TV Setup Guide

Follow these steps to install and set up the app on your smart TV for the best viewing experience.

Installing the App

1. On your smart TV, open the App Store, Google Play Store, or equivalent app marketplace.
2. Search for our service by name.
3. Select the official app and click Install or Download.
4. Once installed, open the app from your TV's home screen.

Signing In

You have two sign-in options:

• Sign in on TV: Use your remote to enter your email and password directly.
• Sign in with a code: Select this option on the TV, then visit the activation URL on your phone or computer and enter the code shown — faster and easier than typing with a remote.

Optimising Picture Settings

• For 4K content, ensure your TV is set to 4K/UHD resolution and HDR is enabled in your TV's picture settings.
• Connect via Ethernet for the most stable 4K streaming experience.
• In the app's Playback Settings, set quality to Auto or High.
