Accessibility Features
We are committed to making our service accessible to all viewers. Here is an overview of the accessibility features available.
Subtitles and Closed Captions
- Subtitles are available in multiple languages on most titles.
- Closed captions (CC) include descriptions of non-speech audio (music cues, sound effects) — look for the "CC" label.
- Customise font size, colour, and background in Account Settings → Subtitle Appearance.
Audio Description (AD)
Audio Description provides a narrated description of on-screen action for blind and visually impaired viewers. Select the AD audio track from the audio menu during playback. Titles with Audio Description are marked with an "AD" badge.
Interface Accessibility
- Screen reader support: Our apps are compatible with VoiceOver (iOS/macOS) and TalkBack (Android).
- High contrast mode: Follows your device's system-level accessibility settings.
- Large text: The app respects your device's font size settings.
Keyboard Navigation
The web player is fully navigable by keyboard. Use Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate, and Space to play/pause.
